C.A.R.E.S. Program

The Haltom City C.A.R.E.S. service provides first responders with quick access to critical information about registered persons so that assistance can be provided in emergency situations. To register, fill out the online form linked below. A bracelet, indicating that the person is registered, will be mailed to the address provided on the form.
