DRC Solutions, also known as the DRC, is a pioneer and provider of critical outreach, housing, case management, and safety-net services—programs essential to ending homelessness in Tarrant County.
The DRC provides critical services of essential, evidence-based solutions that house people experiencing homelessness, set the stage for housing, or satisfy unmet needs in the community. The DRC regularly acts as “the safety net’s safety net,” taking on projects and responsibilities at the request of local authorities when there is no other organization willing or able to meet urgent needs.

By befriending people in need and connecting on a human level, we gain trust and discover the root cause of their homelessness. We then share resources to help them regain self-sufficiency.
Homelessness can strip away dignity and self-respect. We help those in homelessness see it as a temporary stop and work to restore their confidence and self-worth.
We equip the homeless with resources and skills to regain their independence and function in society. Our programs provide training, transportation, and resources to secure permanent housing.

Since 1989, Partnership has been leading the community solution to homelessness by serving as a catalyst for community transformation. As we build on our foundation of service to partner organizations, we look to the future to meet the current and emerging needs of our changing community.
Our vision remains the same: a vibrant community where everyone has a place to call home. We will move our community toward this vision through three primary efforts:
- Strong partnerships: we do our work to help others succeed in theirs
- Thought leadership: we provide trusted guidance and expertise in the fields of affordable housing and homeless response
- Innovative solutions: we bring new ideas and financial resources to meet emerging needs

Center for Transforming Lives builds cycles of financial and emotional well-being, working side-by-side with women and their children to disrupt the cycle of poverty and homelessness. By providing comprehensive housing services, early childhood education, economic mobility, and clinical counseling services, we address their most critical needs and support mothers in creating long-term sustainability for their families.
Each year, we work with hundreds of families on their journey from poverty to prosperity. Our approach is trauma-informed, two-generational and incorporates best practices rooted in national research to ensure families achieve long-term success.
