Residential Trash & Recycling Rates

Haltom City Texas Waste Connections Trash CartTrash & Recycling rates were updated in August 2023 and go in to effect October 1, 2023.

Due to price increases from our service providers, the following rate changes will take effect starting with the first bill in October, 2023:

  • Refuse Rate increased by 2%
  • Sewer rate increased by 18%
  • Sewer Surcharge (commercial only) increased by 4%

Winter Sewer Averaging will be calculated the same as always, averaging water use from November, December and January.

If water leak or pool repairs are done during these months, causing an increase in water use, please notify Utility Billing Department by calling 817-222-7717.
