Haltom City's Fee Schedule is updated every year through the Finance Department as market and other circumstances dictate. The Fee Schedule must be approved and passed via Ordinance by the City Council when it is changed or updated.
Due to price increases from service providers, the following rate changes will take effect starting with the first bill in October 2025.
Sewer rate - no change
Water rate increased by 5.9%
Stormwater increased by 5%
Trash and Recycle has increased by 0.60%
Winter Sewer Averaging is calculated by averaging water use from the months of November, December and January.
If water leak or pool repairs are done during these months, causing increase in water use, please notify Utility Billing Department.
NEW ROLL-CART RECYCLE BINS
If you would like one of the new, larger roll-cart recycle bins please call Haltom City Utility Billing at 817-222-7717. After you call, Utility Billing will notify Waste Connections and a cart will be delivered to your property in the coming days. There is no extra charge for using the larger recycle bin.

The drop box location at the new City Hall (4801 Haltom Rd.) is located inside the vestibule / entryway. Accepts checks or money orders, made payable to Haltom City Utility Billing, 24 hours a day. Please note your account number or address in the memo/text fields.
