MetroShare

The MetroShare is a community of libraries dedicated to bringing the best and most comprehensive services to their users. Belonging to a MetroShare library gives you access to a wide variety of items from eleven unique libraries. Your library card will allow you to have items delivered to the library of your choice for pick up, or you may visit any of these great libraries in person! Hours vary by location.

The Haltom City Public Library is part of the MetroShare library agreement. Haltom City residents may use their Haltom City Library card to borrow from other MetroShare libraries as if they were residents of the other cities. The other MetroShare cities are:

• Forest Hill
• Keller
• Decatur
• Haslet
• Richland Hills
• Roanoke
• Saginaw
• Watauga

We also receive deliveries from the MetroShare libraries two times/week. Books and movies are sent to us by request for our residents to pick up. The rules of the other library must be followed when borrowing their items.
