 Application of Adrian Pruteanu for a special exception for a front yard carport in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 35. H., in the “SF-2” Single Family district on Lot 13, Block 8R of the Park View Hills, locally known as 5729 Western Circle.


ZBA-012-20

Application of James Rogers, on behalf of Bernardo Arellano, for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 33. E. 1. B regarding the maximum privacy fence height allowed and for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 31. I. regarding general parking surfaces in the “SF-2” Single Family district on Lot 16B & 15A2, Block 6 of the Golden Gardens Addition, locally known as 5809 Ellison Avenue.
