ZBA-01-20 - Application of Travis Hazlewood for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O- 2002-032-15, Section 33 F. 1. c. & 33 G. 3. Non-residential uses and approved fence materials in the “C-3” Commercial district on Lot 21R, Block 33 of the Meadow Oaks Addition-Haltom, locally known as 3228 Friendly Lane.

ZBA-002-20 - Application of Thomas Gauthier for a special exception for a front yard carport in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 35. H., in the “SF-2” Single Family district on Lot 19, Block 8 of the Tri-Country Estate 1st Fil Addition, locally known as 5721 Brent Drive.

ZBA-003-20 - Application from Awad Eskander for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O- 2002-32-15, Section 31. D. Schedule of minimum parking spaces for office warehouse uses on Lot 2AR1, Block 1, of the L Berry Addition bring approximately 3.24 acres, locally known as 2301 Higgins Lane.
