Application of Daren Hudson for a special exception for a mother-in-law dwelling/garage apartment in the “SF-2” Single Family Residential District in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 9 and 35.H.10, on Lot 8, Block 20 of the Meadow Oaks Addition-Haltom, locally known as 5708 Briarcliff Road.
