BOARD DETERMINATION OF EXCUSED ABSENCES APPROVAL OF ZBA MINUTES – April 9, 2019 MEETING FORMAT

SWEARING IN OF ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL GIVE TESTIMONY PUBLIC HEARINGS:

ZBA-011-19 Application of Eric Jennings, SAC Wireless, on behalf of Fulton Technologies, Inc., for a special exception for a transmitting and receiving antenna in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section

35. H. transmitting and receiving antennas and antenna facilities (including commercial users) in the “M-2” Heavy Industrial district on Lot 1A1A, Block 1 of the Bluebonnet Heights Addition Subdivision, locally known as 5029 Haltom Road.

 

ZBA-012-19 Application of Samuel Montanez for a variance to reduce the lot width and minimum side yard requirements in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O- 2002-032-15, Section 12. C. Area requirements in the “SF-2” single-family residential district located on Lot 8, Block 3, of the Oakview Addition Subdivision, locally known as 1319 Maxine Street.
