SWEARING IN OF ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL GIVE TESTIMONY PUBLIC HEARINGS:

ZBA-006-19 Application of Jimmy Glen Enos for a variance to allow for a storage container in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 29.F.1, Non-Residential Temporary and Portable Type Accessory Buildings in the “C-5” Commercial District of the Joel Walker Survey, Abstract 1654, Tracts 14B & 14G, locally known as 4533 East Belknap Street.

ZBA-007-19 Application of Jaime Torres for a special exception for a front yard carport in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 35. H., in the “SF-2” Single Family district on Lot 2B, Block 5 of the Eastcliff Addition, locally known as 3705 Cheryl Street.
