ZBA-024-17 Application of Jerry Weakley for a variance to reduce the front yard
landscape area in the “M-1” Industrial District in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 24.C.4 on Abstract 1051, Tract 3B of the James Matthews Survey, locally known as 3901 Old Denton Road.
ZBA-025-18 Application of Rick Murphy for a variance to reduce the combined minimum side yard setbacks in the “SF-2” Single Family District in accordance Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 12. C. Area Requirements on Lot 11, Block 2 of the Jones Oakview Addition, being approximately 0.165, locally known as 1313 Betty Lane.
