Zoning Board of Adjustments
The purpose of the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) is to hear and decide cases where it is alleged there is an error in any requirement, decision, or determination made by the zoning ordinance or the building official in the enforcement of the ordinances and has the power to establish public notice and hearing to alter previous action in such matters.
Appointments are made by the City Council and mayor.
Appointments are made by the City Council and alternate appointments by the mayor. The commission meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
