WASTE CONNECTIONS UPDATE

Waste Connections did not run their trash trucks on Thursday, Feb 2, 2023. Thursday's pick-up has been cancelled and will not be made up. If you have Monday/Thursday service your next pick-up will be Monday, Feb 6, 2023.

Service will resume Friday for Tuesday/Friday trash service. If they are unable to finish Friday pickups they will complete the service on Saturday. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The 2023 Haltom Stampede will be held on February 11, 2023. This year we have a new route and a new start/finish line. The event will take place at the Haltom Senior Center, located at 3201 Friendly Ln.

The FUN RUN starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K will start at 9:00 a.m. The proceeds from this year's race will go directly to the Parks & Recreation Donation Fund which pays for the Refresh BISD Back to School Health Fair, school supplies, after school programming and scholarships for students in Haltom City. Winners in the 15 age groups will win the coveted handmade ceramic buffalos!

The race will take place at the Haltom City Recreation Center, 4839 Broadway Ave.
