HCPD - Red Light Camera Program

Monday, June 03, 2019 - Red Light Camera Program

The Haltom City Police Department contracted with Redflex Traffic Solutions to provide red-light cameras. The most recent contract with Redflex was set to expire in 2027; however, due to recent legislative changes, Police Chief Cody Phillips has terminated the contract with Redflex. Chief Phillips also provided notification to the officers that were approving the red-light violations to cease reviewing the violations on May 24, 2019. Therefore, no violations have been or will be issued after May 24th.

No refunds will be issued for violations already paid, and no further hearings will be scheduled or heard for outstanding violations.
