APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 10, 2020 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.
PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS:
Consider action on the application of Nikole Barton for the Replat of a Portion of lots 1 through 8, Block 1, W.L. Slate’s Riverside Subdivision, a portion of a 50 foot right of way creating Lots 1R, 2R, 3R, 4R, 5R and 8R, Block 1, W.L. Slate’s Riverside Subdivision containing approximately 2.02 acres of land, locally known as 4600 Northeast 28th Street, 4736 Northeast 28th Street, 2322 Minnie Street and 2318 Minnie Street.
Consider action on the application of Shawn Knaust for the Replat of Lot 14R and Lot 16, Block 3, Cascade Heights Addition creating Lot 14R1, Block 3, Cascade Heights containing approximately 1.377 acres of land, locally known as 4327 & 4329 Clay Avenue, Haltom City, Texas.
