Application of John Clark requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for tattoo studio use in the “C-3” Commercial District, containing approximately 1,150 square feet of lease space on Lot 1R1, Block 1 of the Phillips Addition – Haltom City, being approximately
0.95 acres west of Denton Highway, locally known as 6101 Denton Highway, Suite C.
