APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 13, 2020 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.
PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS:
Consider action on the application of Beau Allen for a Conditional Use Permit request for Auto Paint and Body Shop shop in the “M-2” Heavy Industrial District located on Lot 13A, 14A & 15A & Parts of Alleys, Block 23, of the Watauga Addition, being approximately 0.3122 acres on the east side of Huddleston Street, locally known as 6100 Huddleston Street.
