BOARD DETERMINATION OF EXCUSED ABSENCES ITEM OF ORDER:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE JULY 14, 2020 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.
PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS:
Consider action on the application of Mohammad Habib, on behalf of Nizar Yousuf, for the Preliminary Plat out of the Hugh F. Largent Survey, Abstract No. 959, Tract 4E02 in the “C-3” Commercial District, creating Lot 1 Block 1 of the Ideal Investment Subdivision containing approximately 0.509 acres of land locally known as 4000 Denton Highway.
Consider action on the application of Mohammad Habib, on behalf of Nizar Yousuf, for the Final Plat out of the Hugh F. Largent Survey, Abstract No. 959, Tract 4E02 in the “C-3” Commercial District, creating Lot 1 Block 1 of the Ideal Investment Subdivision containing approximately 0.509 acres of land locally known as 4000 Denton Highway.
Consider action on the application of JPI Real Estate Acquisition, LLC for a zone change request from “PD-C2” Planned Development for natural gas exploration, production, and development to “PD-MF” Planned Development Multifamily Residential District described as an approximately 38.427 acre tract of land situated in the JM Robinson Survey, Abstract No. 1346 and JN King Survey, Abstract No. 897, Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being all of Lots 4 and 5, Block J, Fossil Ridge Addition, an addition to Haltom City, Texas according to the plat recorded in Cabinet A, Side 4822 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being part of those tracts of land described in Special Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien to Abres III, LTD recorded in instrument No. D205287208, locally known as 4600 Fossil Ridge Circle and 5400 Fossil Creek Boulevard.
Consider action on the application of Masterplan, on behalf of 365 Storage (Platinum), for a zone change request from “C2” Commercial District to “PD-C2” Planned Development – Self Storage and Retail District described as an approximately 4.8099 acre tract of land in the W. Screech Survey, Abstract No. 1416, in the City of Haltom City, and being a portion of Lot 4A, Block 2, Springlake Park Addition, locally known as 4925 Denton Highway.
