APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.

  • P-012-19 - Consider action on the application of Jesus Murillo for the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Murillo Addition located in the “SF-2” Single Family Residential District, containing approximately 0.916 acres of land, locally known as 3048 Layton Avenue.
  • P-013-19 - Consider action on the application of Jesus Murillo for the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Murillo Addition located in the “SF-2” Single Family Residential District, containing approximately 0.916 acres of land, locally known as 3048 Layton Avenue.
  • P-017-19 - Application of Birdville I.S.D. for a Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Haltom Middle School Addition situated in the J.W. Elliston Survey, Abstract No. 472 and being a Preliminary replat of all Lots 1 thru 5, Block 1, Meadow Oaks West, containing approximately 16.809 acres of land, locally known as 5000 Hires Lane.
  • P-018-19 - Application of Birdville I.S.D. for a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of the Haltom Middle School Addition situated in the J.W. Elliston Survey, Abstract No. 472 and being a Final replat of all Lots 1 thru 5, Block 1, Meadow Oaks West, containing approximately 16.809 acres of land, locally known as 5000 Hires Lane.
