Bidder is to provide three hard copies plus one USB drive of the submitted bid package. Bid responses must be good for ninety (90) days. No bids will be accepted that are sent via fax or e-mail. Any bid received after the above closing time will be returned unopened. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor whose proposal is deemed to provide the best value to the city. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
