The City of Haltom City is soliciting sealed bids to provide design, equipment and installation needed for a fully functioning audio/video system for City Council meetings and Court sessions in the new City Hall.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the City Hall courtroom, 5024 Broadway Avenue, Haltom City, Texas, 76117. All sealed bids shall be delivered to the address above prior to Thursday, April 6, 2023, 10:00 a.m. (CST) and marked:

Bidder is to provide three hard copies plus one USB drive of the submitted bid package. Bid responses must be good for ninety (90) days. No bids will be accepted that are sent via fax or e-mail. Any bid received after the above closing time will be returned unopened. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor whose proposal is deemed to provide the best value to the city. The City of Haltom City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
