Haltom City is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms who are interested and qualified to perform the necessary engineering studies and design required for development of plans, specifications and estimates for Residential and Industrial Street Reconstruction Projects. Two (2) electronic copies and five (5) hard copy of your firm’s Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted by 3:00 p.m., February 19, 2021. The SOQ must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the following information marked plainly on the front:
