As a result of Governor Abbott’s March 3, 2021 Executive Order ending the statewide mask mandate effective March 10, Haltom City employees and visitors to City facilities are not required to wear masks. We do encourage the wearing of masks by employees and citizens, and the City will continue practices such as social distancing and regular disinfecting of City facilities.

The Haltom City Public Library is open to the public on a limited basis following guidelines from the Texas Governor and the Center for Disease Control. It should be understood that this is still a fluid situation and all dates, restrictions or limitations may change at any time.
Patrons are encouraged to take advantage of the Library’s drive thru pickup window and drive thru book drop. The drive thru pickup window is for reserved (on hold) materials.

Municipal Court, located inside City Hall, is open to the public.
You can check the status of your citation up under CITATION SEARCH, search cases, then enter your name or citation. If you have a common name you might want to use the citation option. If you use only the name option, it will pull up everyone with your name, not just your violation.

The Senior Center plans to open May 3, 2021 for classes only, with limited admission and social distancing.
Senior Center staff is distributing food on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. as well as hosting two Tarrant Area Food Bank drive-thru food distributions on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at 1:00 p.m. Meal delivery/pick up is Friday at 11:00 a.m. The Senior Center is home delivering meals every Friday to those sixty (60) years of age or older and those married to someone 60 or older. There will be five (5) frozen meals and a box of fresh produce.

Tarrant Area Food Distribution drive thru is on the 2nd Thursday/month at 1:00 p.m. in the Senior Center parking lot.
Tarrant Area Food Bank offers information on food pantries, mobile pantry sites, homebound services & in need of food information as well as assistance with applying for food benefits.

Utility Billing, located inside City Hall, is open to the public. Please enter City Hall through the Municipal Court entry, located on the southeast side of the building. Many services can be conducted online, including bill pay and setting up a new account.
