haltom city logoA General and Special Election was held in Haltom City on Saturday, May 5, 2018 for the purpose of electing Council Places 3, 4, 5 and 6. In the Special Election, two propositions were presented to the voters.

Linda Thompson, Council Place 3, ran unopposed. The other three places were contested with Council Place 4 Incumbent Trae Fowler being challenged by candidate Brent Weast. In addition, Council Place 5 Incumbent Bob Watkins was challenged by candidate Willis O’Dell and Council Place 6 Incumbent Ricky Brown was challenged by candidate Chris Bethel.
