Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports
The annual Comprehensive Financial Report is assembled in the Finance Department. This annual document outlines the previous year's budget expenses in detail.
State Law requires that all governmental units publish, within six months of the close of each fiscal year, financial statements presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and audited by a licensed public accountant. This report is published to satisfy that requirement and to provide the City Council, City staff, our citizens, our bondholders and other interested parties with detailed information concerning the financial condition and activities of the City government.
