It is the intent of the City of Haltom City, Texas to select a Construction Manager at Risk through a competitive proposal process for a new Fire Station 3 to be located at the Northeast corner of Old Denton Road and Northern Cross Boulevard (5000 Northeast Loop 820) in Haltom City, Texas. This will be a one-step process consisting of proposal submission along with a possible interview session. Pre-Construction services such as budgeting, cost estimating services, constructability review and construction scheduling will be included in the proposal process.

Proposals are to include the information requested, in the sequence and format prescribed. In addition to, and separate from the requested information, submitting organizations may provide supplementary materials further describing their capabilities and experience. The supplemental information should be limited to no more than ten (10) pages. In total, the overall all-inclusive proposal shall not exceed forty (40) pages.

Sealed Proposals (six copies, one original, and one cd/dvd or flash drive) are to be submitted to the Purchasing Department at 5024 Broadway Avenue, Haltom City, TX no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. The Proposals must be clearly marked as "FIRE STATION 3 CMAR SEALED PROPOSAL", and directed to the attention of "Janet Carver, Purchasing Agent". Sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and the results will be posted publicly upon award of a contract.

Within five (5) days after the date of receiving the proposals, the City of Haltom City will evaluate and rank each proposal submitted in relation to the criteria set forth in the Request for Construction Manager at Risk Proposals.
