  4. Volunteer Program Update – Discussion of Volunteer Program issues, plans for implementation of new process and priorities for 2018-2019.

  5. Shelter Update – Discussion of shelter operations to include training, needed supplies/machines, and staffing updates for 2018-2019.

  6. Visitor Forum – Public Comments. (This time is set-aside for any person having business before the Animal Advisory Committee that is not scheduled on the agenda to speak to the Committee. Please submit a completed Speaker’s Request Form to the Animal Advisory Committee Secretary and follow the instructions listed on the form. The Committee cannot discuss or debate any issue brought forth at this time nor can any formal action be taken as it is not a posted agenda item in accordance with the Open Meetings law.)

  7. Absences – Consideration regarding excused absences of Committee members.
