RefreshBISD is a Community Enrichment Center (CEC) outreach event to benefit families and students in the Birdville ISD. Our mission is help students succeed by providing FREE backpacks, school supplies and access to resources they need. Join us in making a lasting impact in our community.
14,000 children in Birdville ISD rely on free or reduced lunch. One in seven children in Tarrant County faces food insecurity. A child not reading proficiently by fourth grade is more likely to encounter the juvenile court system. Refresh provides food, school supplies, backpacks, eye exams, and more for these families.
