Haltom City road construction - Owens Waldemar - Feb 19 2024

The utility contractor working for the City on the Kings, Fincher, Owens Water Main Improvement Project is progressing work to Owens Street between E. Belknap and Waldemar. One lane of traffic will remain open and a flagger will be on site during construction.
The traffic control plan (TCP) is attached below and will be in effect Monday, February 19, 2024 for approximately 4 weeks while the work is completed.
