ZBA-004-18 Application from Ron Hines for a variance for six (6) storage containers in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 29.F.1, Non- Residential Temporary and Portable Type Accessory Buildings in the “M- 2” Heavy Industrial District on Lot 6, Block 1 of the Melcher Industrial Park Addition, locally known as 1655 Hickory Drive.
ZBA-005-18 Application from Dan C. Lewis for a variance for an R-panel/Metal sheet fence in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 33 - Fence Regulations, Subsection G. and Subsection H. 3. in the “C-3” Commercial District on Lot 10, Block 1 of the Fairview Acres Addition, locally known as 4207 Broadway Avenue.
