SWEARING IN OF ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL GIVE TESTIMONY PUBLIC HEARINGS:
ZBA-001-18 Application from Chase Pearce for a variance for one (1) storage container in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 29.F.1, Non-Residential Temporary and Portable Type Accessory Buildings in the “PD” Planned Development for all “C-3” Commercial District uses plus automobile and light truck repair shop, automobile tune up and lube center, and tire and battery sales store uses located on Lot 4, Block 3 of the L. Berry Addition, being approximately 0.844 acres south of NE 28th Street and east of Higgins Lane, locally known as 4210 NE 28th Street.
ZBA-002-18 Application of Rick Murphy of RNM Home Builders LLC. for a variance to reduce the lot widt h in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 12. – “SF-2” single-family residential district located on Lot 11, Block 2 of the Jones Oakview Addition, being approximately 0.165 acres west of Betty Lane and south of Parrish Road, locally known as 1313 Betty Lane.
ZBA-003-18 Application of Rick Murphy of RNM Home Builders LLC. for a variance to reduce the lot width in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 12. – “SF-2” single-family residential district located on Lot 7, Block 2 of the Jones Oakview Addition, being approximately 0.165 acres west of Betty Lane and south of Parrish Road, locally known as 1321 Betty Lane.
