SWEARING IN OF ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT WILL GIVE TESTIMONY PUBLIC HEARINGS:
ZBA-017-17 Application from Allen Foster for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002- 032-15, Section 29.C.4. to increase the number of accessory structures allowed, two (2) per lot, Section 29.D.4 to increase the total floor area of the detached garage on one lot shall not exceed 30 percent of the floor area of the main building on the lot, except that this requirement shall not limit the floor area of an accessory building to less than 600 square feet, Section 29.D.6. A detached garage that exceeds 600 square feet must meet the masonry requirement of the primary structure. This requirement does not apply to lots greater than one-half acre, on one lot which it is located on Lot 20A, Block 4 of the Golden Gardens Addition being approximately .481 acres, locally known as 5809 Midway Road.
ZBA-020-17 Application from Jack Graves Jr. for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O- 2002-032-15, Section 31.C. Off-street parking. Shall mean all areas dedicated to parking and maneuvering that are located on site. Off-street parking will not be permitted in any street right-of-way on Lot 17, Block 16 of the Parkdale Gardens Addition being approximately 0.345 acres, locally known as 2221 Moneda Street.
ZBA-021-17 Application from Charles Koehne for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O- 2002-032-15, Section 13.C. Area Requirements. Minimum rear yard on Lot 8, Block 3 of the Highlands Addition being approximately 0.0879 acres, locally known as 6204 Angle Drive.
ZBA-022-17 Application from DMW Equity Investments LLC for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 31. D. Schedule of minimum parking spaces for a commercial building in James Matthews Survey Abstract 1051, Tract 3B being approximately .7087 acres, locally known as 3901 Old Denton Road.
ZBA-023-17 Application from Al Karmali for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002- 32-15, Section 31. D. Schedule of minimum parking spaces for a Hotel, Motor Hotel on Lot 2, Block 1, of the Haltom Crossing Final Plat being approximately 2.339 acres, locally known as 5040 N.E. Loop 820.
