ZBA-017-17 Application from Allen Foster for a variance to Zoning Ordinance O-2002- 032-15, Section 29.C.4. to increase the number of accessory structures allowed, two (2) per lot, Section 29.D.4 to increase the total floor area of the detached garage on one lot shall not exceed 30 percent of the floor area of the main building on the lot, except that this requirement shall not limit the floor area of an accessory building to less than 600 square feet, Section 29.D.6.
