When you sign up for paperless billing, we will stop mailing a paper bill statement and will instead send an electronic statement notification to the email address associated with your account.

The ability to detect leaks early can result in money savings for our customers. More details will be shared here on the City’s website as progress ensues.

Fathom provides comprehensive meter-to-customer solutions to help water utilities do more with declining resources. Fathom’s cloud-based geospatial offerings, including Meter Data Management (MDM), Customer Information System (CIS) and U2You (Utility-to-You) online customer portal, are rapidly deployable, risk-free and transform real-time meter data into a proven, turn-key, single-source, meter-to-cash solution. The new Smart Grid for water uses Advanced Metering Infrastructure technology to remotely collect near-real-time water meter data. This new service, implemented in 2018, will result in no additional costs to our citizens It will improve how citizens are able to monitor their water use.
