The FATHOM Customer Service Center opened at 8:00 a.m. on January 15, 2018 at 5417 Stanley Keller Rd. Payments can also be made at https://haltomcity.U2YOU.gwfathom.com or by calling 833-764-5239.

Planning & Zoning Training Manual

Seeing the need to enhance the orientation of new members, the Planning and Zoning Commission has prepared a New Members Training Manual. The intent of the manual is to welcome new members with a single concise source of information on zoning, platting, and more to kick-start their tenure on the Commission.
