Representatives from Keep Haltom City Beautiful and city staff joined Haltom City Council members Walter Grow, Ricky Brown and Bob Watkins to present Wayne’s Boot & Shoe Repair with the Business of the Quarter award for the first quarter of 2018. Wayne’s Boot & Shoe Repair has moved to their new location in Haltom City at 2524 Carson St.
Wayne has owned and operated this family-owned business since 1990, perfecting the trade since the age of 16. Over the years Wayne has worked on everything from traditional western style boots to men’s loafers and ladies heels. He has even fixed boots for the band KISS and the Dallas Cowboy’s Cheerleaders! He continues to keep this historic cobbling trade alive. He also offers new and used boots, as well as new belts, key chains and wallets.
