Haltom City residents/business owners can now pay their water bill online. Just follow the link and enter your account number. If you have any questions call Utility Billing at 817 222-7717.

Haltom City has launched Nixle, a new Community Information Service designed to deliver important and timely information to residents in our area using the latest technology. This service delivers trustworthy and important neighborhood-level public safety and community event notifications instantly sent to you by cell phone text message, email, and web. There is NO Spam or Advertising. Nixle is available at no cost (standard text message rates apply for cell phone subscribers who do not have text plans with their cell phone providers).

Stay connected to your world, from the public safety alerts that are relevant to you, to the important neighborhood advisories you want to know about, and other valuable community information. You decide what information you want and whether you want it sent to your cell phone, email, or just simply over the web.

TwitterSigning up with the city's Twitter account will get you updates to city information on a regular basis.

Online Forms

Any form from the various departments can be accessed here. Whether seeking employment with the city or devising plans for permit applications you will find what you need here. Of course, for a full explanation of procedures it's recommended visitors start with the specific department page, which can be accessed by clicking the drop-down menu "Departments" at the top of this page.

Videos

Haltom City's cable television division, HCTV, produces a variety of programming geared towards informing and entertaining residents. All City Council meetings are taped and cablecast live and tape delayed over the city's government access channel on Charter Cable, channel 27. If you don't have cable don't fret, you can still see any programming that is produced by city staff for HCTV. Haltom City has an account with Vimeo, a HD video hosting site. Visit the site to see City Council meetings since August '08, our On the Road series with HC Animal Services and last year's Images of HC Photo Contest Judging. Programs are added continually so bookmark/subscribe to the page and check back frequently.

Police Records

In an effort to reduce the inconvenience to those involved in traffic accidents, the Haltom City Police Department has implemented a new online process for obtaining copies of police reports. Beginning April 1, 2007, reports can be printed from the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports will normally be available online within 24 hours of the accident. Go to http://HaltomCitytx.policereports.us/, enter the required information, and the report can be printed immediately. Reports will still be available from the Haltom City Police Department's Records Unit between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.

Safe City Commission's Crime Stoppers has launched a new web-based crime-fighting tool. Residents can now submit a Crime Stopper tip through an anonymous live web chat by clicking the "chat" button on their site.

CrimeWeb is a free, centralized web based clearinghouse designed to facilitate the timely and efficient exchange of public safety related information between local, state and federal agencies and the communities they serve.

Online registration for Haltom City sports leagues and programs is HERE! Citizens now have a quick, convenient way to register for any of our current sports offerings for kids and adults. No longer is there a need to worry about missed deadlines, traffic or matching your schedule with that of the operating hours of the Rec Center. Online registration is here for you 24/7!

If you have any questions about online registration, please call Christi Pruitt at the Recreation Center at 817 831-6471. A convenience charge of $2.95 will be added to the program registration fee.
