Smoking Ordinance Amended
Effective June 13, 2016, the Haltom City Council approved the amended Smoking Ordinance No. O-2016-013-10, which regulates smoking and tobacco use in Haltom City parks. The Ordinance now states that smoking and tobacco use is prohibited in ALL City parks to include the use of electronic vaping devices. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the parking lots.
Please be sure to properly dispose of your cigarette butts. We appreciate your cooperation in making our parks safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
