Each month we will watch a different anime. For 7th– 12thgrade teens. No meeting will take place on February 19, 2018 due to President's Day.

No registration required.

  • January, 2018 - No movie due to the holidays
  •  February 5, 2018 - "Cars 3" - 2017, 109 minutes, rated G
    Race car Lightning McQueen suffers a severe crash. Afterwards, McQueen embraces new technologies as he trains for a return to the racetrack.
  • March 5, 2018 – "Despicable Me 3" - 2003, 90 minutes, PG rating
    Continues the adventures of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and the Minions. Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who’s grown up to become obsessed with the character he played in the ‘80s, and proves to be Gru’s most formidable nemesis.

Movies, Trivia & an Advisory Board Geared Towards Teens

Teen Anime Club

This club for teens meets on the 3rd Monday of each month from 5 - 6:00 p.m. at the Haltom City Public Library. This is an hour of all things anime. Each month we will watch a different anime. For 7th – 12th grade teens.

No registration required.

Game On!

Calling all gamers, 7th – 12th grades. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:00 p.m. Join us for Wii fun and more.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)

Inviting 7th – 12th graders to join the Library's Teen Advisory Board. Voice your opinion about programs and events at the Library. Earn a community service hour and have a snack. We meet at 4:00 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month.

Teen Trivia

Test your knowledge against your friends in a game of trivia. Teen Trivia is on the last Friday of the month from 4 – 6:00 p.m.
