Pay Water Bill

Haltom City residents/business owners can now pay their water bill online. Just follow the link and enter your account number. If you have any questions call Utility Billing at 817 222-7717.

Pay Court Fine

Haltom City Municipal Court also takes payment of fines online.

Report a Problem

Have an issue with traffic safety? See a pothole that needs filling or graffiti that needs eradication? Any number of quality of life issues can be addressed by filling out and submitting this online form. Once submitted as city official from the respective department will be assigned to the issue.

Police Records

In an effort to reduce the inconvenience to those involved in traffic accidents, the Haltom City Police Department has implemented a new online process for obtaining copies of police reports. Reports can be printed from the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports will normally be available online within 10 days of the accident. Go to http://HaltomCitytx.policereports.us/, enter the required information, and the report can be printed immediately. Reports will still be available from the Haltom City Police Department's Records Unit between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Crimestoppers

Safe City Commission's Crime Stoppers has launched a new web-based crime-fighting tool. Residents can now submit a Crime Stopper tip through an anonymous live web chat by clicking the "chat" button on their site.

Any form from the various departments can be accessed here. If you are devising plans for permit applications you will find what you need here. Of course, for a full explanation of procedures it's recommended visitors start with the specific department page, which can be accessed by clicking the drop-down menu "Departments" at the top of this page.

Online Videos

Haltom City's cable television division, HCTV, produces a variety of programming geared towards informing and entertaining residents. All City Council meetings are taped and cablecast live and tape delayed over the city's government access channel on Charter Cable, channel 27. If you don't have cable don't fret, you can still see any programming that is produced by city staff for HCTV. Haltom City has an account with Vimeo, a HD video hosting site.
