Haltom City Community Projects is a division of the Department of Parks & Recreation. Personnel is responsible for coordination of projects relating to environmental and quality of life issues. Activities include beautification, volunteer management, arts development, historic preservation and community improvement. Staff works with other city personnel as well as community members and representatives of other organizations in coordinating programs. This department is responsible for updates to utility bill messages and the city’s activities line.
