The purpose of the Library Board is to confer with City Council and City administrative staff and assist in the development of public library services.
Appointments are made by the City Council and the board meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Haltom City Public Library, located at 4809 Haltom Road.
