2018 Fire/Police Camp

The Haltom City Junior Firefighter & Police Camp is a five day educational program taught by Haltom City firefighters and police officers. The camp, held July 23-27, 2018, covers fire/EMS skills and other hands on activities.
Campers will learn about teamwork, responsibility and leadership. Topics include fire science, fire extinguishers, first aid, CPR, search and rescue, vehicle extrication, hose operations, building searches, police K9s, handcuffing, problem solving, and much more.
Eligible participants must be entering the 5th or 6th grade for the upcoming 2017-18 school year. Space is limited to the first 25 PAID applicants. The cost for the week-long camp is $100 (sibling pairs are $150) and includes gear, lunch, a t-shirt and snacks. Register and pay online here.
