2016 N'hood Decorating Contest

haltom city neighborhood decorating contestIt's time once again for the annual Neighborhood Decorating Contest (NDC). This is the 20th year that Keep Haltom City Beautiful has been awarding residents with the coveted winning yard signs. The judging will begin on Monday, December 12th and last through Thursday, December 15th, so make sure your house is decorated for the holiday season during this time period.

18 homes will win, as we divide the city into six sections and award three homes in each section in the following categories:

  • Best Use of Lights
  • Best Use of a Theme
  • Judge’s Choice

Additionally, if your residential block is 75% decorated, we will award you with a participating award.

Winners will be notified by a letter on your door and you will receive the coveted yard sign that tells all your neighbors that you are a NDC winner.

Contact Julie Orebaugh, Community Projects Coordinator, with questions.
