Walk-In/Drive-Thru
Payments can be made in person at the Water Billing Department in City Hall, located at 5024 Broadway Ave., Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. A drive-thru window is also available on the east side of the building.

If you need to drop off a payment after hours, please use the bright yellow drop box located on the left side of the drive way as you pull through the covered drive-thru facing Friendly Lane. The drop box is emptied daily at 8:15AM except for weekends and holidays. Transactions removed at 8:15AM are posted to your account by 5PM that day. Please do not place cash in the drop box.

Two occurrences of NSF(Insufficient Check)/returned items within any 12-month time period will trigger the Cash Only Policy (COP).
