The Public Information Division is responsible for general advertising and promotion of the city, as well as support of quality of life activities
involving beautification, arts, recreation, crime prevention, emergency
management and historic preservation efforts. Staff regularly communicates with department representatives to keep abreast of what’s happening in the city and relays the information to the public through newsletters, flyers, water bill messages, The City's Municipal Cable Channel(HCTV 27), website updates and mass emails. Public information also publishes the Haltom City Community Calendar and maintains an information phone line that is updated as needed.
