The draft of the 2010 Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) incorporates changes made to the CLUP in response to approximately eleven (11) workshops held by the Planning and Zoning Commission, beginning from August 26, 2008 and extending through December 8, 2009. At the March 10, 2009 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and updated the City’s Thoroughfare Plan Element of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The revision of the Thoroughfare Plan added new alignments for desired arterial streets, collector streets and bike path corridors.

The 2010 CLUP Draft will continue to provide the City with guidelines, policies and goals/objectives that will direct the future growth of the City.
