Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is available to full-time employees that have completed the probationary period. The City will reimburse for tuition and fees (based on the rates for a State funded school in the area) based upon the employee’s final grade.
Employee Assistance Plan
The City realizes the pressures of today’s world and has provided for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The program, provided by MHNet, allows for up to five free visits annually per issue. Topics covered include marital/family concerns, individual counseling sessions, substance abuse, stress, financial difficulties, and legal concerns.
Prepaid Legal
This voluntary program is offered to employees to provide identity theft protection, as well as legal services for non-work related issues.
