Emergency Management Coordinator Perry Bynum has been with Haltom Fire/Rescue for 19 years.  He started his career with Haltom City as a firefighter and now also serves as the Emergency Medical Coordinator.  Perry serves on the City Council in his hometown of Euless.  He and his wife Lisa have two children.
