Red Light Camera Citizens' Advisory Committee
The committee reviews the traffic engineering study and advises the City Council on the installation and operation of the photographic traffic signal enforcement systems installed within the City limits based solely on such study.  The committee shall not have any authority over the photographic traffic signal enforcement systems other than to make recommendations to the City Council with respect to decision concerning the installation of such systems based solely on the traffic engineering study.
